This is my entry to the LensCulture Critics’ Choice 2020 Award: a picture of a swan bathing and eating on the River Thames. I picked this one because nor the water or the swan are immediately recognisable, making the image interesting.

The picture is part of a personal research on day-life objects and places and their perception.
